Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Costume Wigs (once opened and tried on)
  • Intimate Apparel from our Sexy Costumes collection
  • Opened makeup or costume accessories that contact skin directly
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
