Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Costume Wigs (once opened and tried on)
- Intimate Apparel from our Sexy Costumes collection
- Opened makeup or costume accessories that contact skin directly
- Customized or personalized items
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
